Calgary Ostomy Youth Camp 2007

This year's youth camp is running July 2-8 2007 at Camp Horizon. Easter Seals Camp Horizon is in the beautiful Rocky Mountain foothills.  50 km or 40 minutes south west of Calgary Alberta, just 10 km southwest of Bragg Creek on Highway 66.

Easter Seals Camp Horizon has specialized programs in a safe, outdoor, supportive environment, which allow campers to maximize their personal growth. A great place for campers to meet others facing similar medical, physical and developmental changes.  Campers build support network's, self-esteem, and long-lasting friendships.

Our Ostomy youth camp hosts kids between 9 -18 years of age, and open to Ostomates of all types. Chapters from across Canada sponsor local youth. This year the Calgary Ostomy society is proud to sponsor two girls. 

Registration fee is $500.00/child plus airfare (transportation to and from camp, room and board are included) To register please contact the UOAC office or Camp Coordinator, Pat Cimmeck at pvc@shaw.ca
